Join Community Partnerships to get moving and grooving! We’ll start with a very light warm-up and stretch to get the workday crunchies out, followed by some easy movement to some GREAT songs. Lastly, we will learn a short dance to a fun song that can be performed at a later date (Great Strides Bethesda, NACFC annual dance party, etc.) as an informal flash mob!
