You're invited to join The Optimizer's 2024 Basketball Madness Bracket passion fundraising event and help make CF stand for Cure Found. Purchase your ticket and choose how many Brackets you would like to submit (maximum 10 entries per person).  Once your donation has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to join The Optimizer's Team via CBS.
 

This fun and exciting event will help raise funds to support the CF Foundation special event fundraising efforts and help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation forward their mission to find a cure for all people with cystic fibrosis. 
 

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives.  The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.
