I don't workout regularly. Is this class for me?

Yes! Every bootcamp workout is tailored to accommodate all levels of fitness. We show modifications and progressions of each exercise to make sure "troops" can challenge themselves no matter what their level of fitness is and we're here to support you along the way. 


SoldierFit sounds scary. Are we going to be yelled at the whole time? 

Definitely not. Think of the coaches as your friendly drill sergeants - here to encourage you and give you the modifications you need in class to get a great workout in while having fun. That doesn't mean that we won't push you to do your best, but that will always come in the form of a smiling face and encouraging words, not yelling. 


What do I need to bring? 

Bring water and a smile (and don't forget to wear sneakers and comfortable clothes you can move in). We'll take care of the rest!


Do I have to be a SoldierFit member to participate?

This class is open to anyone - member or not. Get your ticket today... and bring a friend!
