Team Counting on a Cure invites you to join an all levels vinyasa yoga class hosted by our very own Jacq Pyun!  This dynamic yoga class uses the synchronization of your breath and movement to build internal heat and untie the knots of the body. This flow class is for all levels and the teacher will offer standard postures with modification options for students who wish to take it further. 

What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, small towel (optional)
