You're invited to join my passion fundraising event from 12-1 p.m. ET on Monday, March 23 and help make CF stand for Cure Found. This fun event will help raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to forward its mission to find a cure for all people with cystic fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis is a life-shortening, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs.

In this hour-long class, you will learn how to make curry sweet potato stew with red lentils and spinach. It is a healthy vegan dish that packs a lot of iron, which is why it's known as "Iron Stew" in my family. And darn it ... it tastes good!

This class is for those of you who resolved to eat healthier this year and/or if you are in a meal rut and need to add a new recipe to the rotation. We will send you a list of ingredients to buy and prep. Then log in and cook along with us. You will have dinner ready to eat that night!

The class is being taught by Marianna Judy, a vegan and founder of Maryland-based Tag Team Kitchen
. Judy started Tag Team Kitchen 10 years ago as a way to engage her autistic son in steady, purposeful employment. Together, they make and sell pizza crusts and kits and now offer vegan cooking classes.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives. The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.

Thank you in advance for your support and participation in this event. You are helping to make a difference for people living with CF.
