You're invited to a special All-Level Cycling Class at CycleBar Falls Church on Saturday, October 4th, 12:45 PM — and it’s so much more than just a workout.
 

Come early! Please arrive by 12:30 PM to get set up and ready to ride.
 

This powerful ride is hosted by Melisa Bowen, RN, BSN, MPH, affiliated with the Cystic Fibrosis Center at Inova Fairfax, and Julie Riedy, dedicated CF advocate and spouse of Chad, who lives with cystic fibrosis. Together, they're rallying our community to move for a cause — and we want you there.
 

100% of your class cost will be donated directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, fueling critical research and support for those living with CF.
 

Whether you’re a seasoned rider or brand new to the bike, this class is for all fitness levels. Let’s sweat with purpose, ride in solidarity, and make every pedal stroke count.
