Join us for a fund and uplifting Oula Dance Fitness class benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Whether you're looking for a great workout, a chance to move your body, or an opportunity to connect with others, this event is for you!
A suggested donation of $20 is appreciated, but we welcome gifts of any amount.* Thanks to our generous instructors donating their time and talent, every dollar raised will support the Foundation's mission to help people with CF live longer, healthier lives.
No dance experience is required. Oula is for everybody and every body. Move in a way that feels good to you. It's all about how it feels, not how it looks!
*If you are planning to attend in-person, please use the "buy tickets" button so we know you're coming. You have the option to make an additional donation on this page if you like. If the suggested donation is a barrier, please contact Kristi at krmcallister@cff.org or 630-962-2519. We want everyone who wishes to participate to be able to join us.
Schedule
10:00 a.m. - Doors Open
10:15ish - Dance Class Begins

12:00 p.m. - Optional gathering at Old Stove Gardens. We'll walk over to the brewery to raise a glass to celebrate the success and an early birthday celebration for Kristi.
What is Oula?
Oula blends high-energy cardio, easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness, and community into a one-of-a-kind fitness experience. More than just a workout, Oula uses music and movement to help people connect, express themselves, and have fun.
