You're invited to join us for Lyla's Laps for Life and help make CF stand for Cure Found. This fun and exciting event will help raise funds to support our CF Foundation special event fundraising efforts, and help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation forward their mission to find a cure for all people with cystic fibrosis.

You're invited to join us for Lyla's Laps for Life and help make CF stand for Cure Found. This fun and exciting event will help raise funds to support our CF Foundation special event fundraising efforts, and help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation forward their mission to find a cure for all people with cystic fibrosis.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives. The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.
15 years ago our Lyla was diagnosed at birth with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and we are thrilled to report she is thriving. Over the last 15 years Lyla has completed 11,000+ nebulizer treatments, taken 140,000+ pills, and sat through 220,000+ minutes of respiratory treatments. By adhering to her treatments and leaning into an active & healthy lifestyle, Lyla has taken the right steps to maintain her overall health.
From a very young age Lyla fell in love with swimming and her consistent exercising has helped her to maintain excellent lung function and overall health. She is a distance swimmer who pushes the boundaries for training and in turn has earned multiple New England age group medals for distance freestyle events. We hope we can build off her commitment to the sport by inspiring others living with CF and fundraise to support the CF community. We are swimming to support other families living with Cystic Fibrosis and in turn raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
