Born from our 2025 Passion Fundraiser campaign collecting healthy recipes, Eat Healthy for CF! cookbook is a true CF community creation brought to life through collaboration, compassion and care.

We are now excited to announce the availability of the cookbook to download for all the CF community members and donors to help them build healthy eating habits.  

Eat Healthy for CF! cookbook celebrates flavor, nourishment, and the strength of the cystic fibrosis community, uniting us in the joy of eating well, living fully, and thriving together. 

Inside, discover over 200 everyday meals transformed into healthy, delicious recipes, lovingly crafted from our cherished family favorites, inspired by CF families, and guided by expert clinicians from the CF Centers worldwide.

Nutrition is a powerful tool in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
By embracing these recipes, you’re joining a movement that celebrates health, community, and the belief that everyday meals, when transformed into nourishing food, can help us live fuller, stronger,
and happier lives.
