Bridget Adeline Reichert
Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that attacks the whole body. I have been living with Cystic FIbrosis for 15 years. There has been a couple of bumps in the road with one hospital visit and learning how to live with it, but I would not be here as healthy as I am without research and the doctors working to find a cure. Great Strides provides a fantastic opportunity for family, friends, students, and colleagues to come together and make a difference for those with CF. The event harnesses the power of people with a shared vision and encourages collaboration, team building, and leadership, as we collectively take steps to find a cure.
Registration for walkers is encouraged to raise funds. Your support will help the CF Foundation to purse new therapies and provide vital support to meet the needs of our community. Plus, if you raise at least $35, you will receive a 2020 Great Strides t-shirt! We are committed to exploring all science that has real potential to deliver a cure and the funds at Great Strides will help us reach our goal.
Sign up to walk in Great Strides today. Together, we can make CF stand for Cure Found
Join us on March 21 at Nottingham Park to help raise awareness of cystic fibrosis. Check-in will be at 10 am and the start of the walk will start at 11 am. We will have Village Bagel and Starbucks at the start of the walk. And lunch is provided by Noddles and Company.
