You're invited to join my Sweat for a Cure bootcamp class to help make CF stand for Cure Found. A SoldierFit bootcamp class is like no other: It's challenging, fun, different every time, and offers modifications to ensure everyone can participate fully no matter where they are on their fitness journey. 

This special class is open to all who want to participate and will support my CF Foundation special event fundraising efforts, which will in turn help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation forward their mission to find a cure for all people with cystic fibrosis. 
 

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives and the outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.
