WHAT: A 60-minute barre3 class benefiting the CFF taught by Barre3 Instructor, Brittany Sothan.

WHEN: Friday, September 20th at 6:15pm (registration opens at 5:45pm)

WHERE: Scottsdale Quarter on top of the East Garage

PRICE: Minimum $20 donation to take the class

WHY: Brittany and Dustin have a personal goal of reaching a fundraising goal of $4,000 by September 26th before their hike along the rim of the Grand Canyon. They will be joining a group of people to hike 24+ miles to signify those in their uphill climb against this life threatening disease, together hoping to raise a total of $100,000 for CFF. Along with the barre3 class, there will be Cornhole boards set up on the rooftop where attendees can play to win a PRIZE! All money raised will go directly toward their fundraising goal. They want to help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation find the cure and help those currently in their battle against this disease.

What is Cystic Fibrosis? A rare, life-threatening, genetic disease found in about 30,000 people in the U.S., which causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. By participating in this hike, our goal is to help add tomorrows to the lives of all people living with CF today, and to honor the lives of those whose battles were lost.

Brittany's best friend, Tayler McClellan, was living with this disease for 20+ years. In 2018, she lost her battle. Since then, we are determined to help finish her fight, and to try and help those 30,000+ other people who are still fighting. Together, we can find the cure. But only with the support of people like you. Whether it's joining us for the sunset barre3 class, donating to this page, or spreading the word - Anything helps and is so incredibly appreciated.

Tayler's very first workout after her double-lung transplant was barre3. It was her first workout in a long time due to her poor lung function making it impossible for her to workout (or even walk for long periods of time without having to stop and catch her breath). Her double-lung transplant gave her a second chance at life, and she lived two additional beautiful years doing everything she loved - especially hiking mountains and taking barre3. Help us honor her on this day, and during our hike. Let's finish this fight. For Tay, and for those fighting her same fight.

If you cannot attend class, please help us spread the word by sharing this link on your social media and with your loved ones. You can also make a donation by clicking the link at the top.
