Andi grew up in Oregon and Colorado and has always loved moving – she enjoyed soccer, basketball and downhill skiing. Over the years, she began running and training in local gyms doing anything from CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting to Yoga to competing in Body Building, Trail Running, and Triathlon. She has nearly a decade under her belt of fitness instruction in spin and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and combines the two for what she’s found to be the most effective way to train for just about anything.
When she’s not in the gym, she’s running or hiking in the desert, on her road bike, in the garden with her chickens or in the kitchen cooking! Her hope is that her infectious passion for fitness and having fun will motivate you and help you to LOVE your workout.
Andi is generously donating her time for this special class to help #CURECF. I take her class at least once a week and LOVE how she brings her outdoor cycling experience into the studio. It is ALWAYS a kick-ass 45-minute ride!
