Come celebrate what would have been Juan's 37th birthday weekend, with yoga, breath work and Community!

This fun YOGA Challenge encourages us to sit in gratitude for our ability to move and breathe with intention and for a wonderful cause.

100% of all donations go directly to the CF Foundation to support research that will help all of those living with Cystic Fibrosis.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives.  The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.

Consider donating, or asking co-workers, friends or family, to sponsor your training and participation in the challenge, with something as little as $0.65 per round that you chose to commit to. Our event will complete 65 total traditional rounds, but choose the modifications and amount of rounds that best fit your personal needs! No donation is too small!

Follow my own training progress within my daily Instagram stories, use the videos I have attached, or join me in FREE virtual pop-up training practices (will be announced on social media each week!).

***Be sure to RSVP in the comments below, as #inperson, #virtual or #donation, as well as how many rounds of sun salutations you decide to commit to, so that we can encourage each other along, AND let the town know how many people to expect at our event!

The event is held in a field, so be sure to bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on!

Please reach out with any questions or concerns. I would love to support you however I am able to.
